The seven things people ask us before every booking.

What do I need to bring to pick up the car?

A full driving licence held for at least 12 months, a photo ID or passport, and a credit or debit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes. Every booking includes 200 miles per day included. Extra miles beyond that are billed per mile, and longer road trips can be arranged ahead of time.

What is included in the daily rate?

Collision and theft cover, third-party liability, 200 miles per day, 24/7 roadside assistance, and all local taxes. There are no counter add-ons required to drive away.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancel or amend free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we charge one day's rate.

What is the minimum driver age?

Drivers must be 21 or older with a clean driving record.

Can I pick up or return at DFW Airport?

DFW Airport pickup is available upon request. Let us know when you book and we'll coordinate the handover time and meeting point. By default pickup and drop-off is in North Richland Hills.

How does fuel work on return?

Return the car with the same fuel level you collected it at to avoid refuelling charges.
